All Are Welcome bakery hosts this special live-taping of Anna Homler in conversation with Ludo Sounds as part of her upcoming tour across Australia and New Zealand with Liquid Architecture. 

Homler speaks to the genesis of Breadwoman, a voice developed over three decades of improvised performance:  If you don’t try to understand, you will. She is the voice, and the voice is cosmic reality’s musicality. For Homler, performance art is “a form big enough to contain everything happening”.

In conversation with Stewart, Homler introduces her performance collection Pharmacia Poetica; approaches to vocalization and improvisation; interspersed with sound clips, unreleased material and live demonstrations.

Homler will be joined by Mark Harwood (Penultimate Press) and  Matthew Hopkins (Half High etc) for an improvised set.
